Getting There

If we have learned one thing from our first two sessions, it is that we are all still learning. Developing and implementing effective and equitable gifted education programs and services is an incredibly complex task. School administrators, gifted coordinators and teachers of the gifted are constantly being asked to do more with less.

The NJAGC Administrators' Network was established to allow administrators to learn, share and network with one another to better support the advanced learners across New Jersey. Identifying and serving advanced learners is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. Each district must create processes and services that are consistent with community priorities and meet student needs in an efficient and effective way.

We hope you'll join our next session on March 11 to explore and discuss programs and services for advanced learners.
